Consumer Code for Home Builders
By following the Consumer Code for Home Builders, we are ensuring best practice so we can continue to deliver great customer service. Buying a new home is likely to be one of the largest investments you’ll make, and the Code is designed to help you throughout your purchase and after you’ve moved in. The Consumer Code came into force on 1 April 2010 and covers Homes built in the UK1. This fifth edition applies to:- all Reservations signed on or after the implementation date of 1 January 2024
- all the Buyers and Homes stated in the Scope on pages 10-11.
