We cannot praise Annabel and Hannah highly enough for their smooth sale of the property. Due our request there was a very short time scale from agreeing the sale to completion, 8 weeks in total. However Annabel and Hannah ensured all our requests and queries were met with confidence and speed, and that everything was in place for our completion date. As a first time buyer we looked at lots of new build properties locally. We viewed Mill gardens and were pleasantly surprised to see how spacious all the rooms were. With having 3 children it was exactly the type of property we were looking for. Brilliant and quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. The extra bonus for us was that we were able to go down help to buy route which was perfect for us, allowing us to buy with only a 5% deposit meaning that we had the extra money for holidays etc.
